Billing Help
Invoices, payment methods, and disputes
How Billing Works
Company X invoices clients on a monthly basis. Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month for the previous billing period and are due within 15 days of issuance. All amounts are billed in USD.
Understanding Your Invoice
Each invoice includes a breakdown of assistants billed, hours worked, the agreed hourly or flat rate, and any applicable adjustments. You can download all invoices as PDFs from the Billing & Financials page in your portal.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers. You can manage your saved payment methods from the Billing & Financials section of the portal. Auto-pay can be enabled to automatically charge your default method on the due date.
Disputing a Charge
If you believe an invoice contains an error, please submit a support request with the category "Billing Issue" and include the invoice number and a description of the discrepancy. Our billing team will review and respond within 2 business days.
Late Payments
Invoices not paid within 30 days of issuance may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month. If you anticipate a delay in payment, please contact your account manager proactively to avoid service interruption.
